That Pesky Volcano!

Hey, guess what?! Redoubt erupted just before midnight Alaska time. Currently the ashcloud is headed north of us – hopefully it’ll continue on that track. We’re fine! don’t panic! I checked the “eruption preparedness list” and discovered I have a non-electric can opener (..number 6 on the list…), so we’re totally golden!

What about numbers 1-5?
Shhhh. Nana probably has that. And I stopped reading after discovering I had number 6!

So – Me and my can opener will be over here watching the pretty sky. Don’t worry! We’ll be fine!

And what’s worse? is they’ve been recently manscaped? So they no longer have that little curve. I wanna like, reach through the screen and pluck the catepillers off his face. OMG. YEah, stick with KTUU.com. Cuz. AAAAAAAAAAYIIIII! his eyebrows are gonna EAT ME!!!!!

You know me, I like to focus on the important things during a “crisis”.

o k so your list-o-things really scares me.. But I mean where do ya’ll go ?? what do you do…Is there a place to run… I mean when we are getting wipped out by a Hurricaine we are usually way gone and watching our houses float down the street on CNN… Alaska ? Where the hell do you go ???

*Laughs* We just batten down the hatches, Reet! :) There’s plenty of water between us and the volcano, so we’ll just get ash if we get anything, and we take precautions so we don’t breathe it in. That’s bout it. Long as we aren’t riding earthquakes too, it’ll be fine.
