I am a certified nurse-midwife and sexuality counselor and my book title is: The Secret Lives of Teen Girls: What Your Mother Wouldn’t Talk About but Your Daughter Needs to Know. It’s published by Hay House Publishers and avaiable through Amazon.com and in bookstores.

The book is a great help to parents of teen girls and is based on my years of experience caring for teens as a nurse-midwife. In this role I have provided OB/GYN care to teen girls and women of all ages.
