In other news – got the ribbons for the last swim meet finally! The pup got 4th place for the 200yd freestlye relay… and? The BIG surprise! 5th place in the 50yd BUTTERFLY! WHOOO!
Hey, guess what?! Redoubt erupted just before midnight Alaska time. Currently the ashcloud is headed north of us – hopefully it’ll continue on that track. We’re fine! don’t panic! I checked the “eruption preparedness list” and discovered I have a non-electric can opener (..number 6 on the list…), so we’re totally golden!
What about numbers 1-5?
Shhhh. Nana probably has that. And I stopped reading after discovering I had number 6!
