And! Thanks to papa getting me a new fan for the garage heater, and helping me get it up there, and pointing out why and likely where it’s frozen, and not nagging TOO much… as of 3:30pm…
WE HAVE HOT WATER!
Thank goodness. Now I can do laundry and run the dishwasher, and some little wench who was bitching bout wanting a shower can take one.
(For the record – the wench wasn’t me. It was The Girl. Damn pre-teens.)

I plan to require my children to totally skip the preteens. And the teens, for that matter. They will go directly from age 9 to age 21. (Wait, what? That’s not the way it works? Maybe I’ll just get a fish instead.)
