The Celebrity Circus Finals!
Finals and breaking a world record right on stage? What more could we ask for in a finale?! First up – we have to find out who had the most votes last week in order to perform this week and it’s Stacy Dash! Am I the only one who thinks she has this thing in the bag?
This time the Judges pick what act they’ll perform, and Stacy’s challenge is the Trapeze Bungee once again, where she’s hoping to top her first performance. She missed the bar a couple times at the beginning, and it just doesn’t have the fluidity the first one had until about half way through then she rocks it out – but she misses the last catch too. Lots of difficulty there, but a rough performance. Judges give her 8s across the board because she stuck with it and finished.
WeeMan is up next, so either Antonio or Rachael will be leaving, but not until after WeeMan performs on the Flying Straps. He incorporates some of his scating into the routine at the beginning, then its all straps all the time with ‘the dudes’ – who distract me completely. Rawr. It was a good routine though, and judges give him 8s all around as well.
Now it’s time for filler a performance by the Celebrity Circus Pros as they strut their stuff. THATS how it’s done – fun and breathtaking all the way around, like the girl hanging by a food from a guy in splits hanging upside down from the scarves, with no safety straps at all – he threw that lil girl all OVER the place! It’s pretty cool to see the stunts performed by pros!
So who is still in the hunt for the championship? Antonio Sabato Jr! It’s time to say goodbye to Rachael Hunt, then more filler as the judges say what they think the strengths and weaknesses of the final three are. Finally, Antonio is on the flying silks again! Yay! He took to heart the comments last time he was on the silks – to flirt with his partner, and he did that for sure! It was very technically strong, and I thought it was pretty cool, too. Aurelia is laughing by the end of it as he walks over – but it’s a surprised impressed laugh, as the judges are all praise – including Louie who goes nuts once more, flipping and splitting and hugging Antonio *L* He scores 10s across the board! Rawr. He sure is pretty.
Now for the last bit of filler, its that world record attempt as a juggler attempts to juggle five clubs and break the record of some enormous amount of spins. But my DVR cut off so I don’t know if he made it. Heh. Tune in next week to see who is declared the winner of Celebrity Circus!
