Tinas Present

So, it’s the birthday of the girl who The Boy has loved since… well, birth. Heh. He cuddled the gift chosen for her before we wrapped it for today’s party.
Yes, My son, and his best friend, are at a party, for a GIRL! They’re having a bar-b-que and games and cake and such. Anyway, he wanted to give her a stuffed animal, and then picked out the softest, frilliest, girliest unicorn he could find. It got the approval of my own girls, and he’s fairly confident Tina will love it too.
Heh. He’s SUCH a teenage boy. Sigh. I’m so not ready for this kind of crap, really. Of course, the girl in question doesn’t see him as more then just a friend she’s known forever, but well, we all know how stuff like that can change.
In other news, I think I might finally be done with this stupid cold business. Or close to it. Though I am getting really tired again, so who knows. THe kids are finally all starting to feel back to their 100% wicked selves. Me, I’m either sleeping too much, or not sleeping at all. I’d like to find a happy medium there, yannow? Heh.
The girl, she discovered photoshop the other day! And made something recognizable her first try! See?

I was so proud! Course, this means she’ll be totally kicking my ass and taking my job soon. But TBF and I figure we’ll be moving up to management by that time and we’ll have room for new blood. Hee!
