Ok – so it’s been a little while.

So now ya’ll SEE where I’ve been. Arguing with myself. *grin*
Actually it’s been a pretty busy few months. Little league for both the older kids, with the pup desparate to play (she starts t-ball next year) Both kids did awesome, and seans team went to the championship again, though they came in second. No harm in silver, of course, though he was alittle dissappointed.

Then we had 3 weeks at Drama camp for the two oldest. Since it was a 35 minute drive away, the pup and I watched and helped where we could throughout the camp, and they put on a really nice production for the parents at the end of it – REALLY good considering all told there were only about 16 hours of practice put into a 35 minute musical with 4 dances, 5 songs and a whole lotta dialog. They did themselves proud, that’s for sure. The pup, of course, was positive SHE should be the star – that one is destined for the stage!

LEt’s see. A few weeks of break, and we’ve just had the girls birthday (nine. NINE?!? god.) and had her birthday teaparty today at the Vintage Moose tearoom – complete with dressup and ettiquette lessons and games and tea and sandwhiches and cake and milk…. the girl had a blast.

Friday saw me signing up the boy for Jr. High.
Oh. my. god.
Friday afternoon saw my father saying gleefully “gee, Lessa, look at it THIS way, in as little as 7-8 years you could be a GRANDMA!” I smacked him so freaking hard. *L* Smacked the boy too in case he even THOUGHT… then I got him back with “well, then add another couple years and the girl would be old enough too” to which papa replied “NO! she’s too young!” and I called him on his double standard – and he decided he’d quit picking on me. *L*

In other news – it’s just been school and work for me. nothing new, nothing exciting. Other then the new computer because my old one died a horrid death. I’m spoiled now – my bossman hooked me up with a SWEET fast machine that I don’t have to pay for until october – I’m totally spoiled. *pets HD lovingly*

Think… well. yup – think that brings yall up to date. just doing the mom thing, the school thing, the occasional work thing. Gee. the excitement. pretty soon I’ll be dedicating entries to my cats. ugh.
