The Biggest Loser: ep 806

Immediately after elimination, Tracey is all big eyed and teary because she discovers the black team wanted her to be eliminated. They’re not the only ones, Tracy.

But there’s no time to dwell, as they kick off this week with a challenge. The players have to dig through piles of sand and find four keys that will unlock a box. The box contains a prize – though Ali doesn’t clue them in on what it is. The blue team works together and end up finding all four keys – where they find tickets home for a week. They get the choice of keeping it – going home and losing their trainers for the week – or giving it up. They give it up, and the Black Team is sent home for a week instead.

At home, the black team has to learn to control their food and exercise without the benefit of Bob and Jillian lurking over their shoulders – while the Blue Team is working out harder than ever before on the Ranch. Amanda is frustrated with the machines at her gym, but gets a call from Jillian, who lifts her spirits. Shay is extremely uncomfortable beig the overweight person in a normal gym, and has to learn it’s everyday life. She’s further frustrated when they go out to eat and her husband orders all the same food she used to eat.

Back at the gym, they’re grateful to have Jillian back, even though she works them harder than ever. Danny’s wife had showed him pictures of what he used to look like at home, and he pushes himself harder than ever, working stronger and longer. Daniel breaks under the pressure, and hits what Jillian calls an emotional breakthrough moment. He’s getting it, she says – he’s finally getting it.

Then it’s time for the weigh in – and the blue team is feeling the pressure of needing to put up big numbers as they had Bob all week. Rudy comes through with a big 14 pound weight loss – he’s just 13 pounds away from losing 100 pounds. If he does it next week, he’ll be the fastest player in history to hit that mark. It’s not all fun and games though, as the black team is shocked to see Daniel gained a pound at home and they have to eliminate one of their own – Danny, as the biggest loser on the team, is immune and in an emotional choice between Daniel and Dina, they opt to send Dina home.

Since arriving home, Dina’s down to 188 pounds, and even gave herself a makeover to show off the new her -and she’s jumping the hell out of that box now. She looks gorgeous!
