In honor of the holiday – BBQ Anyone? Heh. Sure, it ain’t cooked, but man, that’s a LOTTA MEAT… (each of those bundles were priced at over $75!)

And lovely pieces of meat they are! I always wanted to say that.
From my years as a butcher (insert eeeevil laugh here) I can tell you that each of those cryovac packages is filled with a delicious boneless beef rib. Standing rib roast (boneless), or ribeye (Delmonico) steaks. Yum. Should I ask if you bought one, hmm? I am sure they would have accepted a child as a downpayment.

and yup, your right. They’re ribeye steaks, and nope, i certainly didn’t buy one. They took one look at my kids and went “oh HEYALL no! No downpayment for YOU!” *L*
And thank you! the funniest part is the strange looks I get whipping out my camera in the store and taking pictures of… meat. heh.
