TBTW:
Biggest mistake ever. Fake, two-faced, talk sweet to your face and stab you in the back the moment things turn around. There are things easily forgiven. Others, not so much. Would that he saw it too.

Gary:
‘Bestest’ friends from birth, two peas in a pod, shared brain, restless thought. Everything dropped when I needed you, just as I’d do for you. My brother from another mother, the distance can’t ever separate us.

Things that have desTROYed my sleep this weekend:

The DaVinci Code – Yes, I’m one of the few people on this earth who had not read the book yet. (testament to my lack of thought power in the morning, that origionally said “read the movie” *L*) I hate seeing a movie before I’ve read the book (with some obvious exceptions) and this was one so talked about I *had* to read it. Whew! I’m glad I did! But reading of conspiracy theories before bedtime? Oh the dreams. TBF and I had a FABULOUS time running around France. if nothing else, because of my dreams, he and I will “always have paris” hahahaha! However, damn my ability to FORGET ABOUT TIME and keep reading through drooping eyelids in order to see WHAT HAPPENS NEXT – as it caused me to miss hours of decent sleep. Fortunately I do read rather quickly, so it could have been worse. But I know what happens. This makes me happy. Although – am I alone in the “…kinda a copout” feeling I got when the bad guy was revealed? I admit to being startled, but at the same time feeling… “…aw DAMN.” about it. I did enjoy all the feminist Iconology and the Church and such discussions though, which I admit to usually skipping over. Anyway, yes. This totally kept me up until 4am so I could read the last pages.

TBF: HOW IS IT that when HE has insomnia, _I_ never get any sleep? *L* You’d think that having several states between us would make his influence on my sleeping patterns negligiable. But if you did think so…. you’d think wrong. Damn good thing I love that boy. He’s finally figured out how to text message on his cell, too, so he’s pinged me up before calling to be sure I hadn’t *quite* fallen asleep yet. Then, of course, true to form? We talk for HOURS. No quicky calls here, no! Even when we’ve talked about everything under the sun the FIRST night [including the Brazillian Porn Foot Fetish] – oh there was more talking to be had the SECOND night. And as he’d just watched Brokeback, his accent was thick as ever and I enjoyed teasing him muchly about it. I’m TBF’s bff! – I get away with such things. hahahahaha. (and he can’t smack me over the phone. Lucky for me. *L*)

My Date With Drew – HOW is it I’d never heard of this movie? I mean, aside from the fact that I live in the middle of no where (where it SNOWED AGAIN LAST NIGHT btw) and such sleeper hits are hidden on the lower shelves of the local video store, and never see the big screen… This movie was just… just… CUTE. OMG. I can’t believe I didn’t know about this movie. I’m so out of the loop. One man (an adorably cute, personality filled, hairy Jewish boy) with 30 days and $1100 uses ‘6 degrees of seperation’al contacts to attempt to find, and get a date with Drew Barrymore. SUCH a cute movie – and usually I totally *hate* documentary type flicks. This one? Worth it.

Sinuses: They are revolting and attacking my nasal cavities and eye sockets, with much running, and itching, and fogged vision as a result. This is not good, as you’ll remember I’m testing my new contact lenses this week, and all I wanna do is peel them from my eyes and rub my eyeballs OUT of my head in much needed eye-gasmal glee. But aside from THAT, and waking up with my eyelids fused shut, the contacts are working fine. heh. (no mom, I’m not sleeping with the contacts in.)

The Sheer JOY of two of my three children actually Cleaning up their mess in the living room the FIRST time I asked, relatively quickly (for them) and with a decided lack of the “half-assed” syndrome displayed normally. I was afraid to sleep/wake up, and find it all a dream! Having all three display such willingness would certainly push me over the edge into an insane amount of joy, so I guess I should thank the pup for keeping it real, hm? heh.

So. How was *your* weekend?

be afraid – be VERY afraid…

You know – I don’t think I’ve ever seen a more appropriate picture of the pup, that covers her true deviousness. heh.heh.heh.heh. Her sister took this one last night at bath time.

Today, the girl took off with her friends for their easter hunt, and the pup went to church with gramma. Then, dinner at gramma’s was followed by a group easter egg hunt set up by the boy – he did a pretty darn good job too! There were a couple eggs we weren’t sure would be found! All the kids (neice and nephews too) had a blast running around and digging in the snow and climbing into cars and ONTO cars and finding all the eggs. The boy was pretty proud to have them all enjoy his stint as the Easter Bunny.

So now, it’s back at home, relaxing some more, and just lazing the day away. Can’t ask for more then that, hm?

Hope you all had a Good Easter!
