Ebony Rose
These flowers were made by a co-worker of my late husband for his memorial services. They are metal – he welds them from old oil drums on the North Slope – and they are simply gorgeous.
For this weeks Inspiration challenge (Flowers) I wanted a darker shot with these flowers. I couldn’t find a backdrop I was happy with, and then I was like DOH! outside! snow!
So I broke out my new tripod, and set her up and set my camera for night shooting, and happily clicked away. I’m actually very pleased with the finished shot.

I took a lot of different ones, but ended up loving this one – with the flash off, and up close. And it don’t get much shorter and stouter then a teapot that’s all of an inch tall!

Baby Crack!
Much to my sister’s dismay – the buglet discovered Boohbah’s today – and couldn’t look away. And wouldn’t allow her to turn off the tv without a fitthrowing tantrum. hahahah! So – when she left the wee lil buglet here with me for a while, I, naturally, showed him that BoohBahs are on the COMPUTER TOO! Yes indeedy – babycrack, that’s what it is.
His momma’s gonna KILL me! BWAHAHAHAH! but maybe not after I took one of those pictures above, and made him look like THIS – and even went so far as to PRINT HER OUT a photo quality copy:
And, for some more fun, counting busses as we waiting for The Girl and The Boy to get out of school.

New ‘do!
Went to see the FABULOUS Ms. A today – and got myself a new color. Whee! it’s FABULOUS!
Yes, that’s a LOVELY evergreen color underneath! *Grin*
It smells fanTASTIC and it FEELS good and I keep FLIPPING it here and there and yeah. i LOVE it!

“I LOVE THE CHANGY COLORS! an’ It is SO COOL that you can see inside your new computer! but! it’s BORING cuz nuthin MOVES! If something inside there MOVED or something, itd be FAR COOLER and less boring then now! Really!”
Harumph. Give them Pretty, and they want pretty and moving. SHEESH! And naturally – the fans that spin don’t COUNT cuz you can’t SEE them. No appreciation for the finer things in life, this one. *L*
