My lil stoned elf…
My best friend? Is an awesome artist in every genre possible, he excels. It’s really rather disgusting, when you think about it, because he has SO much talent, the overachiever that he is. Heh. But! It’s not so disgusting when I get to reap the benefits!
This wee little stoned elf stole my heart the moment I saw his picture. I dunno what it is about him, but I just…. *heart* him! Of all the things TBF showed me that day, this guy? I kept coming back to. And when I mentioned he was my favorite, you know what TBF did? Slapped a sold sticker on’im, and he arrived on my doorstep today, all framed and everything!
Now, he sits atop my tower, right near me, and watches me work all stoicly with those sleepy, sad eyes. I *heart* him even more that way. *shining grin* Thanks baby!
Aunt JR and Bowling
Well, I caved. I finally got a flickr account like everyone else and their brother and have been playing with it all evening. heh. So – testing out the whole “blog this” feature, I finally uploaded all of the pictures the kids (mostly the girl) took while they were bowling with Aunt JR, just before she went home.
They all look a bit tired, especially the boy, but this was the day after the memorial services for daddy, so that’s to be expected – even then, it looks like they had a fantastic time! So enjoy – flip through, and gee, bet you can guess which picture the boy took…..
